Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders across India.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders and locations.

A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ecokrt is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.
